Fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has been associated with our firm for more than 8 years. He is the heading the Bangalore Branch and deals with all Bangalore and Hyderabad region clients.

He has a good exposure in the areas of Transfer Pricing, Taxation, Internal Audits & Statutory Audits of large scale Infrastructure, Manufacturing & Service Industries. His areas of expertise include risk assessments and advisory, Due diligence, audits through SAP environment, Goods and Service Tax, Direct Tax, Company law matters and also providing consultancy to various clients.

Core areas of interest include GST, Internal Audit, Due diligence and Valuation.
Involved in preparation of transfer pricing study reports for various multinational companies and represented before the Income-Tax Authorities for regular assessments and appeals.
