His areas of expertise include risk assessments and advisory, Due diligence, audits through SAP environment, Service Tax, IFRS Compliances, Company law matters and also providing consultancy to various clients.
Core areas of interest include GST, International Taxation, and Valuation.
Involved in preparation of transfer pricing study reports for various multinational companies and represented before the Income-Tax Authorities for transfer pricing assessments, regular assessments and appeals.
